Welcome! I'm Samantha!

If you're here you've probably struggled with your health to some degree. We all have different stories. 

I battled with migraines, depression, anxiety, fatigue, bloating and nausea daily. But I looked "healthy". After countless doctors visits and being denied any meaningful support, I knew I needed to take my health into my own hands. I began researching and reading as much as I could. I developed a deeper understanding of the links between nutrition and brain health, mental health, energy levels, physiology, gut health and overall well being. It worked. Altering my nutrition greatly benefited my overall health. 


I used the knowledge I gained about nutrition with my neuroscience  background to better understand my own bioindividuality. I experimented with different forms of eating and listened to how my body reacted. I practiced different types of holistic movement, including obtaining my Yoga Sculpt Teaching certification. I collected data through various tools to see how my body was responding to the changes I was making. I learned how individualized health needs to be approached. 


I began studying at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to expand on the research I had already completed and develop the skills needed to help people in a similar position to my own.
