Couples come to therapy for a wide variety of reasons:
  • Do you feel exhausted because you consistently get stuck in new renditions of the same argument with your partner?

  • Do you feel endlessly lonely because you are the only one you feel like you can trust with your own story?

  • Have you and your partner grown disconnected over time leading you to feel rejected or alone?

  • Do you feel unheard and unseen by your partner because you are unable to find common ground?

  • Are you questioning and hopeless about your future with your partner?

  • Do you feel that the fighting is endless and you're almost ready to call it quits?
