HOW IT WORKS

1. HISTORY.
You will tell me about the experience or event you would like to process along with the associasted feelings and thoughts.
 
2. GROUNDING. 
We will ensure that you feel empowered with tools for emotional regulation and relaxation. 
3. DESENSITIZATION + REPROCESSING. 
I will give you the opportunity to process the experience to the point where you no longer feel distress with the memory.
4. TRACKING. 
You will track thoughts and feelings between sessions in order to better understand progress and guide our work in session. 
5. BALANCE. 
You will get to a place where you are able to proceed in your ideal life without the weight and stress associated with the memory
